Lacker says housing corrections not over
Jeffrey M. Lacker, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, told bankers in West Virginia Tuesday to expect more housing market corrections. "Home construction is unlikely to bottom out this year, and I expect housing investment to continue to be a drag on growth through at least year-end," Lacker said.
