Home sales continue to slide in Orlando area
Fewer than 1,000 homes were sold in the Orlando Realtors' core market in November -- 963 -- only the second time in nearly 11 years that the number has dipped below that threshold.The other instance was this past September, when sales totaled 970.Realtors sold nearly 48 percent fewer homes and condos in the Orlando area last month compared with a year ago, the local report out this morning showed.Through theh first 11 months of the year, sales are down 39 percent from the same period last year, the Orlando Regional Realtor Association reported today.
